OK I will admit – despite what they say about working with animals and children, this was by far the most fun we’ve ever had on a shoot. The concept behind this television commercial, shot for Bumpy Buns was simple enough, get a group of super cute babies, dress them in a range of ultra trendy Modern Cloth Nappies and then sit them down and film the fun. Of course as is often the case in television production, nothing ever goes exactly to plan but therein lies the challenge. Amidst all the smiles and giggles, the runway models and the runaway models, with the help of the parents and everyone on hand, we managed to get the shots we needed to put the TV ad together.
Thanks to all the parents and your beautiful babies and of course all these gorgeous MCN’s and more can be purchased on www.bumpybuns.com.au
Cellar Case Wine Storage Television Commercial
A 60 second infomercial style television commercial for Cellar Case, an innovative wine storage system. We wanted to have a lot of freedom with this so chose to shoot the presenter in front of a green screen and simply add in everything else. This required us to recreate the product as a 3D model and build the virtual set from scratch. Throughout the editing we were then able to modify props, graphics and even swap out the product, all without requiring a re-shoot. Also hats off to the presenter Tim Stackpool for his outstanding ‘one shot’ takes!
Just finished the 30 second television commercial for the 2010 Sydney Tattoo & Body Art Expo. Back for the second year, the organizers asked us to create a grungy animated spot using stills from last year’s show but with the aim of keeping it all ‘alive’ and visually engaging. The result is a 30 second piece that showcases the energy and talent that makes Sydney’s Tattoo & Body Art Expo THE must see event for anyone who’s interested in the art and lifestyle of tattooing. In addition we created an online version for upload to the organisers website and social media outlets on Facebook and YouTube to maximise the overall effectiveness of the promotion.
